To set up a professional account, please contact our Customer Service department by telephone, fax or email. We require proof of Resale Certificate (for whom California Sales Tax may apply) and/or Business License. To expedite the process, we recommend that you fill out our Wholesale/Professional Form and fax or email it to us.

Many veterinarians use our products for their animal patients. To set up a professional account, please follow the directions listed above.

Health professionals are eligible for wholesale pricing if they present a Business License and a Resale Certificate (in California) when opening an account. They must also meet a minimum order of 12 items per order (this is waived if customer orders at least $2000/monthly). Health professionals not intending to resell product, or who can not meet a 12 item/per order minimum are eligible for retail pricing only. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If you would like to link to our website, or sell our products online, we request that you follow the guidelines outlined in our Online Distributor form. This form must be completed by any online vendor and returned to us by fax or by email. We will contact you with further instructions once we receive your form.
