We welcome orders placed by phone, fax or online. Hours of operation are M-F, 8:30 -5:00 pm.

Online Orders: Online ordering available 24/7. Please note that online ordering is not available for professional accounts at this time.

When will my order ship?
All orders received during business hours will be shipped the SAME day if the order is placed before 3pm PST. Exceptions are made for "2nd Day only, temperature sensitive products" whereby orders will be sent Mon-Wed but will be held until the following Monday if an order is placed after Wednesday.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer UPS Domestic Ground & Air Services, USPS Priority as well as UPS International Expedited and USPS Express for international shipments. We often recommend USPS for cross-country shipments and suggest choosing USPS for generally faster shipping times.

When will my order arrive?
Our orders ship directly from our facility in San Leandro, CA (SF Bay Area, Northern California). Shipping times vary, but generally it takes 6-7 days for UPS Ground packages to reach the East Coast, 4-5 days to the Midwest, 3 days to Colorado and neighboring states, 2 days to Nevada, Oregon, Arizona and Southern California and 1 day to surrounding Bay Area Communities.


How much is shipping?
All ground domestic shipments, UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail, are shipped for a flat fee of $6.50. Cost for air shipments fluctuate and will be determined at checkout. UPS International Expedited/Express and USPS Express will be calculated after checkout and emailed to customer. Please contact customerservice@intensivenutrition.com with any questions.
Product Discounts and Coupon Codes
Please note that coupons or discount codes are not stackable meaning they cannot be combined. Sometimes we may have two ongoing promotions, for example, a Black Friday sale and then free shipping.
