What is DMAE?


DMAE is described as a "vitamer" and is believed to help improve memory and brain function by increasing levels of the brain neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is broken down into choline , a b vitamin that has many benefits, including preserving nerve cells and tissue. It may help improve cognition and attention.

How does taking DMAE internally help skin and stem signs of aging?

As DMAE helps increase levels of Acetylcholine, this in turn can help one's health externally, i.e. the skin's health and appearance. Acetylcholine can help tighten and firm the skin, giving the skin back a more youthful glow in addition to reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
