Superoxide Dismutase, or SOD, is a metalloenzyme whose active center is occupied
by copper and zinc, sometimes manganese or iron. SOD plays an extremely
important role in the protection of all aerobic life-systems, including man,
against oxygen toxicity (and the free radicals derived from oxygen).

Inflammation processes caused by injuries, infections, or by illnesses such as
cancer or autoimmune diseases, as well as exposure to radiation, produce a
profusion of superoxide anions.
OUR SOD preparation provides a high potency superoxide dismutase as a
nutritional antioxidant supplement, to scavenge such destructive superoxide
radicals. It is available in dropper
form, and can be used for eye health, and orally.
Suitable for veterinary use.

REFRIGERATION OF PRODUCT REQUIRED.
*Do not use SOD
solution if it becomes turbid. Please consult your physician
prior to adding SOD to your daily regimen, especially if you are taking
medication.
