found in the "Product Map" to the left. Intensive Nutrition® uses
Yahoo!® Shopping, a secure server. Our online store
is open 24/7. To place an order, click the "Order
Now" button on each product page to begin the order
process. Upon ordering, you will be directed to the
Intensive Nutrition® shopping site. Online
ordering is available for retail orders only. Wholesale
Customers and Health Professionals are invited to order by phone or
by fax.

Professionals and their respective offices. However,
Intensive Nutrition products are available at select
stores nationwide and several vendors
internationally. Please

a online order portal for wholesale ordering.
Professional customers are of course welcome to
order online to purchase products for their own

When
will my order ship? All
orders received during business hours will be shipped the
SAME day if the order is placed before 3pm PST. Exceptions are made
for "2nd Day only, temperature sensitive products" whereby orders
will be sent Mon-Wed but will be held until the following Monday if
an order is placed after Wednesday.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer UPS Domestic Ground & Air Services, USPS Priority as
well as UPS International Expedited and USPS Express for
international shipments.
When will my order arrive?
See our shipping timetable
for approximate ETA to your destination. Generally it takes 6-7 days for UPS
Ground packages to reach the East Coast (FOB California).
With Priority Mail, 3-4 days. Within California, it takes a maximum
of two days via UPS ground, 3-4 for Priority Mail.
Shipping Cost: All ground domestic shipments, regardless of
weight or cost of order, are shipped for a flat fee of $8.00.
Domestic Air shipping & International: Domestic 3 day
select costs $13.70, Domestic 2nd Day Air costs $18.00 and Domestic
Next Day Air Saver costs $34.20. UPS International Expedited/Express
and USPS Express will be calculated after checkout and emailed to
customer.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For
mail orders, checks, money orders or international money orders are also
accepted. Wire transfer not accepted. Pre-payment in full required.

Products are eligible for return under certain conditions. Please
read below for more information.

Vitamins
and Minerals are
organic products that as a consequence have inconsistencies in their physical makeup and
smell. A product is not defective nor is it eligible for return if an
individual no longer wants a product that has been opened. All ingredients are clearly stated
on the product label. Please make sure to read each label clearly to be sure
that sensitivities do not exist to any of the ingredients. We do not accept
returns if the customer has failed to read product labels.

Expired items may not be returned.
Opened items are generally not eligible for return. Certain
exceptions apply --- please contact

Only
unopened products returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund. Products
returned after 30 days but within 90 days are subject to a 30% restocking
fee. No products are accepted for return after 90 days.

To return an
item, please contact us via email or telephone (see below). Verbal
confirmation by our staff is required prior to accepting a product return.
Upon examination of the returned product, we reserve the right to decline
the refund if we find that the product has been adulterated in any way or if
we find that there is nothing wrong with the product.
