Intensive Nutrition® Inc. is proud to
introduce Ananese®, a sublingual, fast-dissolving Bromelain tablet for
heart health and to combat harmful inflammation processes in the body.
(code #01B) |
 |
|
Derived from the Pineapple stem (Ananus
Cosumus), Bromelain has significant anti-inflammatory action which
is attributable to the Bromelain enzyme Escharase (Bromelain is a
combination of several enzymes) . Bromelain and its group of enzymes
also exhibit the ability to stem blood platelet aggregation.
|
|
Why is inflammation harmful to the
heart?

Chronic inflammation destabilizes cholesterol
deposits in the coronary arteries which increases the likelihood of
plaque formation and dangerous arterial blockage. While LDL levels, diet
and smoking are risk factors that also contribute to plaque formation
and heart disease, it appears that inflammation can increase the risk
that plaque formations will burst and cause myocardial infarction (heart
attack) and/or stroke.
|
|
Why is blood platelet
aggregation potentially harmful?

Blood platelet aggregation indicates the degree of
thrombocyte "stickiness" or the degree to which blood platelets will
clump. Clumping or aggregation may contribute to arterial blockage,
heart attack or stroke.
|
|
Why sublingual?

Sublingual application allows for maximum absorption
and bioavailability. Ananese® is suggested for three times daily usage
at 100 mg of Bromelain (2400 GDU) per tablet. If a heart protocol is
currently being followed, consult a physician to see if adding Ananese®
could be beneficial. |
 |
|
Interactions/Precautions
No known negative drug
